The first four episodes of the short-form podcast were released today, each approximately 10-15 minutes in length. New episodes are expected to go live weekly starting this month. The premise of the podcast is, “Once an engineer, always an engineer… even when you’re a CEO.” Razzaq started his career as a software engineer. Over the past 20+ years he moved up the ladder to lead engineering teams and eventually lead a company. In this podcast, Razzaq shares his insights and lessons learned along the way, from an engineering perspective. From navigating difficult conversations with the C-suite, to managing frustrations with peers, to staying on top of continuous education, the podcast will cover a range of topics to help listeners improve the way they work–and work with others.
