Head of Product Management

We are seeking a visionary Head of Product Management to spearhead our productteam. This critical role will drive our success as we navigate a competitivelandscape and prioritize our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will bringextensive experience in product management within the finance industry, cloudcomputing, or B2B SaaS environments and have a keen interest in leveragingGenAI for product differentiation. We need a leader who excels in rapidprototyping and iterative development while ensuring seamless alignment withengineering. Additionally, a strong interest in large language models (LLMs) isessential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the product roadmap, balancing current market needs with innovativefuture capabilities.
• Ensure the customer’s voice is central to product development, creating value andmeeting market demands.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborativeand high-performance culture.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, to deliver enterprise-level product features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Drive continuous delivery of product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Represent Yotascale in customer conversations, industry events, and strategic accounts.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a Product Management leadership role within a start-up environment
• 2+ years of experience managing people
• Experience in the finance industry and cloud computing, specifically AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS, compute/networking/storage infrastructure.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level products in a start-up environment
• Practical understanding of product management tools such as Jira, Miro/Mural.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
